RAGBRAI (Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa) is a week long organized bike ride across, well, the state of Iowa! RAGBRAI is the equivalent to Sturgis, but for bicycles! The ride always starts in western Iowa and ends at the Mississippi River. The ride in 2021 was 454.1 miles and the elevation gain 11,954 feet. More information about RAGBRAI can be found on the official website. As a first time rider, I had an amazing time, and I am looking forward to doing it again some day!
